Take Proper Measurements, Pictures, Fill Out Forms To Have A Smooth Handoff To The Install Teams
Using Software To Do a Load Calculation To Ensure Proper System Sizing
Weekly Coaching Sessions
Weekly Sales Meetings For Training, Results, And Support
Follow & Improve On A Tried & True Sales Process Designed To Help You Win
Present Custom system options and financing solutions
Get Referrals From Previous Customers
Do Walkthroughs With Installers on Complex Jobs
Ensure A Seamless Process & Experience For The Customer
Follow Up With Customers
Close deals confidently — and exceed sales goals
Partner with install coordinators to ensure seamless job handoff and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Proven sales experience (HVAC, plumbing, solar, roofing, or home improvement a plus)
Confidence, energy, and professionalism in every customer interaction
