We’re seeking a highly organized, proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales and marketing team and help drive revenue growth. This role connects sales, marketing, operations, and customers—ensuring proposals, content, reporting, and communications are accurate, timely, and professionally executed.

From coordinating bids and managing CRM systems to developing marketing collateral and supporting business development efforts, you’ll play a key role in keeping our sales engine running smoothly and positioned to win.

Position Summary The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, marketing, content support, and coordination to the sales and marketing organization to ensure consistent execution of sales and business activities. This role bridges sales, marketing, operations, and customers by managing sales processes, developing supporting content, and ensuring accurate, timely communication across all channels. This position plays a critical role in enabling revenue growth by keeping sales efforts organized, compliant, and professionally presented.

Role Responsibilities

Support the sales and business development team with proposal development, bid submissions, pricing coordination, contract documentation, and administrative processes

Coordinate sales activities, schedules, deadlines, internal reviews, and approval workflows to ensure timely and compliant submissions

Maintain CRM systems, sales trackers, customer databases, marketing distribution lists, and standardized proposal templates and tools

Assist with preparing sales reports, pipeline summaries, performance dashboards, and track marketing metrics to correlate activity with sales outcomes

Ensure compliance with internal procedures, branding standards, contractual requirements, and approval processes

Develop, manage, and update sales and marketing collateral, including targeted content aligned with key markets and strategic pursuits

Develop and coordinate website updates, email campaigns, social media activity, and manage content calendars and marketing timelines

Collect and maintain project photos, performance data, testimonials, and narratives to support pursuits and brand positioning

Support business development efforts, including trade shows, client meetings, industry events, pre‑meeting preparation, follow‑up communications, and relationship management

Assist with onboarding new sales team members by providing tools, templates, and process training

Other responsibilities as required

Qualifications

Experience supporting sales teams in a B2B, project‑based, or industrial environment preferred

Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation

Ability to coordinate marketing and sales collateral while maintaining brand consistency

Ability to work effectively across departments including sales, marketing and operations

Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and follow established processes

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Proficiency of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)

Minimum Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to: stand, sit, talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and a variety of office equipment.

Occasionally may need to reach, stoop, or kneel.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
