
Gresham Ford is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven
Outside Sales Representative (OSR)
to expand our wholesale parts and fleet service business. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong business-to-business partnerships throughout the local market.
The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and skilled at developing long-term commercial relationships. You will serve as the face of Gresham Ford in the community while driving new revenue opportunities and strengthening existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B relationships for wholesale parts and fleet services
Conduct daily visits to local businesses to introduce dealership capabilities and build partnerships
Generate new leads and maintain a well-organized database of prospects and active accounts
Maintain consistent follow-up to ensure account satisfaction, retention, and growth
Collaborate with parts and service departments to provide accurate pricing, availability, and order fulfillment
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Represent Gresham Ford professionally within the business community
Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers regarding parts, fleet maintenance, and service solutions
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B or outside sales (automotive or commercial services preferred)
Strong customer service skills with a relationship-first mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Highly organized with the ability to manage territory, accounts, and follow-ups effectively
Goal-oriented and self-driven with a proven sales track record
Comfortable using CRM systems and mobile technology to manage leads and accounts
Automotive parts and fleet service knowledge preferred
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
