Mercedes-Benz of Atlanta Northeast is an award-winning, family-owned dealership that has proudly served the Atlanta market since 1975. As we continue to grow, we are preparing to open our new, state-of-the-art Pre-Owned Sales Center and Service Center in Buford, Georgia — scheduled to open in the coming months.
We are seeking an experienced, high‑performing Pre‑Owned Sales Manager to help lead our next phase of growth and play a key role in launching and operating our new facility.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop the pre‑owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual performance objectives
Drive pre‑owned vehicle sales volume and profitability through effective sales strategies and execution
Oversee inventory strategy, pricing, merchandising, and turn objectives
Partner with marketing and leadership teams to promote and position pre‑owned inventory across digital and in‑store channels
Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities
Ensure an exceptional customer experience and support strong repeat and referral business
Maintain compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements
Coach and develop team members to strengthen performance, accountability, and career growth
Prepare the team and processes for a successful transition into our new Buford pre‑owned facility
Qualifications
Proven experience in automotive sales management (luxury brand experience preferred)
Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, coach, and hold teams accountable
Deep understanding of pre‑owned vehicle retail operations and inventory management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales performance, inventory metrics, and market conditions to drive results
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales and profitability goals
Experience working with CRM and automotive retail systems (VINS, CDK, VAUTO, etc)
Valid driver’s license and ability to work in Buford, GA
