About Unit Unit is an AI video company. We’re building GTV, a platform that combines creativity and automation to deliver next-generation video content. Role Overview We're looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth for GTV. You will own the full sales cycle, working directly with operators and creative leaders at brands, agencies, and media companies. This role is for someone who loves selling transformative products, thrives in early‑stage environments, and wants to help shape the future of media.

Responsibilities

Own the full revenue cycle, from outbound prospecting and qualification through demo, negotiation, close, renewal, and expansion

Develop strategic relationships with decision‑makers across brands, agencies, and media companies to understand their goals, workflows, and priorities

Translate GTV’s advanced AI capabilities into clear, measurable business outcomes for customers

Partner closely with the CEO to shape positioning, pricing, and go‑to‑market strategy

Build and operationalize a scalable sales engine, including pipeline management, forecasting, messaging, and repeatable playbooks

Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering structured insights that inform product roadmap and expansion strategy

Requirements

3+ years of experience as an Account Executive in B2B/B2C sales

Track record of exceeding quota and closing mid‑market or enterprise deals

Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders

Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills

Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast‑paced, early‑stage environments

Experience working closely with founders and cross‑functional product teams

Nice To Have

Prior experience at early‑stage or high‑growth startups

Background selling to brands, agencies, media companies, or creative teams

Familiarity with AI, video, media, advertising, or creator tools

Compensation

$130K‑$180K base salary + commission
