Due to our continued growth and success, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic “go-getter” who is eager to jump-start their career in the financial services industry by joining our growing Internal Wholesaler team. The Regional Associate II will assist the External Wholesaler in the sales and marketing efforts in their assigned sales territory. The Internal will report to the Vice President, Internal Sales Manager of Inland Securities Corporation. In addition to Level 1 responsibilities, this role is designed for the internal to take on more responsibility by working with Level 1 internals. Level 2 internals will be empowered to help management by running reports, help with various training, and begin to work with other departments to further enhance the sales process.

Outbound business development/ prospecting calls to advisors in the region, including prospecting Hot Lists and known Top Producers
Building and maintaining the territory calendar, rotation and segmenting of advisors
Scheduling the territory external wholesaler with producers, warm and hot prospects, and home offices as appropriate
Facilitating customer service for producers in the region in conjunction with the Customer Service Department
Educating producers and prospects on the investment solution, updating them on portfolio developments and current offerings
Help develop and assist in executing wholesaling business plans;
Create and execute effective outbound call campaigns;
Responding to inbound sales inquiries, literature requests, and service issues;
Work closely with External Wholesaler in all aspects of creating and maintaining new relationships in the Independent Broker/Dealer and RIA communities;
Assist in analyzing territory sales data to determine opportunities;
Act as a liaison between the sales team and the operations department to resolve client issues/problems;
Build and manage the sales territory calendar and ranking of advisors;
Execute consistent follow up with advisors to advance the sales process and deepen advisor relationships;
Drive attendance to various External Wholesaler meetings, territory roadshows, and firm events;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education This position requires a Bachelor’s degree
Experience This position requires 3-5 years of Financial Services or Related Sales Experience
Certifications/Licenses FINRA Series 7 & 63
Skills
Proficiency using Excel, Word and other Microsoft Office products
Experience in financial instrument sales strongly preferred
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000. This position is eligible for sales commission.
