We are a fast-paced hospital with 4 DVMs. We are a paper‑light hospital using Cornerstone Software.

Animal Kindness Veterinary Hospital is looking for an outgoing and friendly receptionist with excellent customer service skills to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self‑starter, independent, ambitious, provides great customer service, is detail oriented and reliable. You should be a fast typer, move quickly, able to multi‑task, and process financial transactions accurately. Bi‑lingual, Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome clients and patients in a friendly and professional manner

Manage multi‑phone lines efficiently

Organize and schedule appointments/walk‑ins as needed

Process client cash, credit card & other payment transactions

Maintaining office cleanliness and organization

Qualifications

Proven experience as an outstanding Veterinary Receptionist preferred

Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner

Time‑management and organizational skills

Handle stress and pressure with poise and tact

Handle high volume of clients

Excellent multi‑tasking skills

Ability to be confident around pets

Previous experience with Cornerstone desired

Bi‑lingual preferred
