Shift: 8-4:30 Monday – Friday
Pay: $20-$23 an hour

SUMMARY Perform data entry functions for customer orders and provide clerical support for internal and external customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
65% of time: Create item numbers, routings and enter customer orders into the manufacturing software following documented work instructions.
5% of time: Maintain and enter customer orders in the P.O. book. Pull files and distribute to the next department.
5% of time: Answer and route incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.
10% of time: Updated blue-changes writings to routings and complete and verify confirming purchase orders.
5% of time: Assist other office personnel in their tasks as needed.
5% of time: All other task assigned.
5% of time: Prepare monthly reports for new stamping tools and “A” Tool jobs ordered. Prepare quarterly stamping tools report for external Sales Representatives.
Will also serve as a back up for CSR

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School or GED Graduate. Previous customer service experience in answering telephone calls and office support. Excellent attention to detail and following documented processes. Great organization, communication and computer skills.
LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
REASONING ABILITY Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
