Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Melbourne, Florida for a Sales Office Assistant. The responsibilities include providing administrative support, managing office tasks, assisting the sales team, coordinating customer communication on sales, Shipping / Receiving and handling customer requests for quotation and service inquiries. The role requires close collaboration with overseas departments from the HQ in Europe, to ensure operational efficiency and support seamless customer experiences within the USA. Qualifications
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Motivation and Hard Working Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks Experience in Shipping and Receiving of small or bigger parcels Import goods from Europe, put them on stock in ERP Software as well as phisically Basic understanding of Sales operations and the ability to work in a sales-driven environment Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in using office software and tools Fluency in English; additional language skills, especially Spanish, French or Portugiese are an advantage but not a must Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous High-School Diploma is a minimum expectation
