Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Monday - Friday

Here’s what we’re after:
5 years of customer service experience
2 years of manufacturing experience
Able to lift 50 lbs.
B2B customer service software knowledge
Able to stand for the entire shift
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
Process customer orders, material schedules, returns, and exchanges accurately in ERP and CRM platforms.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transaction s.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
Provide product information and assistance to customers.
Understand and navigate customer portals; EDIs and ASNs knowledge a plus.
Screen and process new customer account documentation and contacts.
Communicate account updates to ensure the customer database remains current.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and that they are satisfied with the service.
Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels.
Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
Participate in training programs to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
