Job Summary Seeking a dedicated and experienced
Personal Lines Account Manager
to join a team. This full-time position offers a hybrid work arrangement, with an initial two-week in-office training period followed by remote work. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing personal lines client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting producers in day-to-day account servicing.
Compensation Package
Salary Range : $55,000 - $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities
Manage personal lines client accounts with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
Support producers in servicing client accounts, including direct communication with clients and insurance carriers via phone, email, and in-person when necessary.
Prepare and process binders of insurance, policies, endorsements, and cancellations.
Analyze coverage, limits, deductibles, and pricing options to meet client needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, producers, teammates, and underwriters.
Develop and maintain a strong technical knowledge of personal lines coverage.
Utilize Applied Epic software to manage and track all work.
Follow agency workflows and procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager in an insurance agency.
Possession of a Tennessee P&C Insurance License (or the ability to obtain one upon hire).
Proficiency in using insurance management platforms; experience with Applied Epic is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or a related field is desired but not required.
Insurance designations are a plus.
Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
High degree of professionalism with excellent business writing and communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to contributing to a positive work culture.
Ability to commute to the office two days a week after the initial training period.
