TSD Mobility Solutions, Inc., an affiliate of Reynolds and Reynolds, is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team. As an Account Manager you will be responsible for partnering with the business development team to ensure the long-term success of our customers by acting as the liaison between customers and cross‑functional internal teams. As the Account Manager, you will communicate new enhancements, integrations, TSD developments, campaigns and news to clients, maintain accurate and up to date data in CRM, and help manage the post‑sales process through implementation and delivery.
Responsibilities
Ensure communication and customer satisfaction for existing accounts and develop relationships within your assigned territory/account list.
Manage the long‑term health of our customer base and identify areas of risk and ensure retention.
Make daily strategic calls to locations aligned with senior account managers’ OEM or Auto Groups and inside sales reps account lists.
Proactively call key accounts in scheduled areas of professional service traveler visits to identify and execute growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Your compensation will be a base pay of $75‑$80k. Total targeted income with commission for year one is expected to be $100k+.

Requirements
College Degree preferred
Must have 1+ years of experience in software sales
Industry experience in car rental, dealership, or travel preferred
Ability to travel 25% across the US
Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Proficient in MS Office products
Must have a valid driver's license, with fewer than 2 moving violations in the last three years and no OVI/DUI/DWI violations in the last five years
