To plan and manage the effectiveness of both the Home and On-Premise markets and to take maximum advantage of all the sales potential within the framework of company policies. This will include maximizing sales, minimizing expenses and creating operating efficiencies with the Sales and Merchandising teams. Commences work responsibilities, with physical presence at the Sales Center or customer location at 6:30 am and concludes the day with physical presence at the Sales Center or last customer location no earlier than 4:30 pm. Written authorized exceptions are allowed for variances from commencement and conclusion times, but the amount of work time each day is still required. Written exceptions must be filed with Human Resources and approved by both an executive of the company and the head of Human Resources to be valid. Implement and execute goals and marketing strategies that will ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Ensures the delivery of accurate and timely KBI information to Sales Management. This can include volume, BDL, First Choice, and merchandising labor results versus plan. Projects and expands all markets to their maximum potential using financial parameters established and approved by Corporate Mgmt. In conjunction with other department leaders, monitor and forecast personnel and equipment needs in response to changing business conditions. Ensures that training materials are available and training sessions are being conducted for sales/delivery personnel and their supervisors. Maintains close and effective communications with managers and supervisors to facilitate cooperation between departments at all levels. Executes promotional programs for both the Home and On-Premise markets. Executes incentive programs to be used during special emphasis periods for their maximum potential. Handle any complaints timely, competently, effectively, and efficiently. Performs customer business reviews as scheduled. As a part of management, enhance the image of the company and its products to all employees, customers and consumers by ensuring the appearance and behavior of the team is professional. Ensure that all local key account calls are made on a regularly scheduled basis. Confirms that Quality Audit Surveys and Account Manager & Merchandising Performance Surveys are getting completed in each branch on a quarterly basis. Hold periodic sales meetings to ensure that all personnel are informed of company policies and objectives to promote Esprit De Corps. Review weekly/monthly activity reports submitted by supervisors to determine if performance standards are being met. Joins huddle calls each morning rotating branches each day to observe the effectiveness of that call for each branch. Responsible for managing the process for merchandising phones, phone logs, and routines with the Go Canvas application daily. Facilities monthly mileage reports to ensure they are filled out accurately and approved in a timely manner. Completes an inspection of company vehicles to ensure safety and cleanliness. Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Requires a bachelor's degree in marketing or related field. Requires minimum 5-10 years of experience in developing marketing strategies. Knowledge of the beverage industry and products preferred A valid class D driver's license is required with satisfactory completion of Motor Vehicle Check according to Vehicle Safety Policy. Previous experience with supervision and budgets helpful. Previous experience in the food and beverage industry helpful. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Requires excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, problem-solve, listen to customer and employee concerns and make presentations. Requires strong writing skills to prepare communications, complete paperwork and prepare proposals. Requires organization skills to manage time effectively and execute responsibilities. Requires ability to perform advanced trade math functions. Requires basic computer skills. Requires strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound business decisions.
