In this role, you will oversee and enhance customer retention and lifecycle campaigns. Accountabilities
Manage all retention‑stage lifecycle campaigns and communications
Operationalise retention strategies defined by Growth and CRM leadership
Create, build, deploy, and optimise CRM journeys across multiple communication channels
Identify growth opportunities and implement lifecycle interventions
Maintain complex audience segmentation frameworks
Monitor retention performance and report against defined KPIs
Lead A/B testing initiatives to improve engagement and retention
Ensure compliance with GDPR, KYC, and financial regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders for consistent and compliant execution
Maintain governance documentation for campaigns and compliance processes
Identify opportunities to enhance automation and operational efficiency
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in lifecycle or retention campaign management
Good understanding of marketing automation and segmentation logic
Strong familiarity with customer lifecycle management and retention strategy
Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Advanced segmentation and audience management experience
Analytical skills using CRM and app analytics
High attention to detail in compliance and campaign execution
Excellent cross‑functional communication skills
Organised and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
