
ROLE: Global Key Account Manager, Mass Markets
LOCATION:
Europe, Nordics preferred
A fast growing mixed signal and power semiconductor company is strengthening its global commercial team and is looking to appoint a Global Key Account Manager focused on Mass Market customers.
With proprietary BCD process technology and a strong portfolio of analog and power management ICs, the business supports customers across telecom, industrial, consumer and high volume applications. As part of its next growth phase, the company is investing in senior commercial leadership to drive strategic global accounts and scale mass market revenue.
Ideally based in the Nordics, working closely with the newly appointed Sales Director in the region, this role combines technical credibility in analog power with high level commercial ownership.
The Role As Global Key Account Manager, you will take ownership of selected high volume international accounts, driving revenue growth, design wins and long term strategic partnerships.
This is not a transactional sales position. You will operate at both engineering and executive level, aligning product roadmaps with customer demand, identifying new sockets and ensuring global coordination across regions.
Key Responsibilities Global Account Ownership
Define and execute global account strategies for mass market customers
Own revenue targets, growth plans and commercial negotiations
Coordinate regional sales and FAE resources to ensure consistent global coverage
Build strong relationships with decision makers across engineering, procurement and executive leadership
Technical & Commercial Engagement
Engage with customer R&D teams on analog and power architectures
Identify design in opportunities across multiple product lines
Translate technical requirements into commercial strategy and pricing positioning
Lead business reviews, forecast alignment and contract discussions
Market & Growth Strategy
Identify new mass market opportunities within existing global accounts
Support new product introductions and align them with customer roadmaps
Provide structured feedback to product line teams to influence roadmap direction
Monitor competitive positioning and market dynamics
Cross Functional Leadership
Act as the central point of contact between customer and internal teams
Align Sales, FAEs, Marketing and Product Management around key account priorities
Ensure accurate pipeline management and long term demand visibility
Your Background
Strong experience in global key account management within the semiconductor industry
Solid technical understanding of analog and power management ICs
Proven track record managing high volume or mass market customers
Experience negotiating commercial agreements at senior level
Comfortable engaging with both engineering teams and C level stakeholders
Based in the Nordics preferred, with willingness to travel internationally
