Position Summary Property Manager

– Responsible for managing daily operations of the property, supervising team members and resources to achieve budgeted financial and operational goals.

Responsibilities

Operate the property within financial guidelines

Perform daily physical inspections and coordinate with the maintenance team

Supervise all staff, including work schedules, delegation of duties, and conflict resolution

Interview and hire all property employees

Uphold AMC policies and procedures, reporting infractions as needed

Meet leasing objectives using proper sales techniques, including first‑hand leasing

Exercise independent judgment to handle and resolve resident requests or concerns

Manage administrative duties, including required reporting

Implement, design, and maintain a resident retention program (newsletter, referral program, social activities)

Design and maintain marketing and advertising concepts for property staff

Ensure compliance with OSHA, Fair Housing, and AMC safety guidelines

Investigate and report incidents involving residents, employees, vendors, or others

Requirements

1–2 years of property management experience

Sound judgment and independent decision‐making

Self‑motivated with strong attention to detail

Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external contacts

Strong communication skills

Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations

Leadership experience

Compensation and Benefits Full‑time salary: $36.00–$40.00 per hour.
