Candidate Requirements
Two (2) years of work experience in a customer service or office setting
Knowledge of home, life and auto insurance a plus
Must have proven ability to provide consistently high-quality service
High school diploma or equivalent
Job Details
$16/HR (Payrate will increase once the casualty insurance test has been passed)
Obtain your Property & Casualty license at no cost to you. You will also be paid for your time in class and taking the exam

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner
Gather all necessary information from customers to provide accurate quotes for various insurance products (e.g., home, auto, life, commercial)
Assist customers with policy changes, claims, and payments
Provide guidance and recommendations to customers based on their insurance needs
Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in our database
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and meet departmental goals
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide the best service to our customers
