# Global eCommerce Commercial Capabilities Manager###### Share this job opportunityAs Global eCommerce Commercial Capabilities Manager, you will help shape how Ferrero wins online—by turning strategy into clear ways of working that teams can use every day. Based in Luxembourg, you will report to the Global eCommerce Acceleration Divisional Manager and connect global direction with local execution. You will craft practical tools, guide key initiatives, and bring clarity to priorities so markets can move with confidence. Your work will create real impact: stronger online assortments, smoother launches, and teams who feel enabled to deliver.You bring 4–7 years of experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, category management, or project/program
management within a global consumer goods environment, and you can translate complexity into clear action.
