$95,000 - $135,000 per year , plus

bonuses

and

commission . You also enjoy

Monday – Friday

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET STARTED AS AN AUTO DEALERSHIP SALES MANAGER

2+ years of experience working at an auto dealership

State sales license

High school diploma or equivalent

Valid driver’s license

Having bilingual proficiency would be a significant advantage! Although not mandatory, preference is given to candidates with a bachelor's degree, at least two years of relevant training, or a comparable blend of education and experience. You collaborate with members from other departments to make important business decisions such as designing marketing campaigns and choosing what vehicles to add to our inventory. Additionally, you stay on top of our expenditures and ensure we don’t go over budget.
