Reporting directly to the
VP, Finance Business Analysis & Planning / VP Controller , this position operates from our
Phoenix, AZ
location on a hybrid schedule and plays a critical role in enabling leadership impact across the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership, anticipating needs and proactively resolving issues.
Own and optimize complex executive calendars, aligning priorities with business objectives.
Coordinate high-level meetings across leaders, functions, and time zones, ensuring seamless execution.
Manage domestic and international travel logistics, itineraries, and expense coordination with precision.
Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communications with exceptional quality and professionalism.
Act as a primary liaison for internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership with confidence and discretion.
Drive follow-through on action items and ensure cross-functional alignment.
Manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
Support strategic initiatives, leadership projects, and special assignments.
Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE
5 or more years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leaders.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority demands with exceptional organizational skills.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive-level presence.
