R26-886The **Senior Marketing Specialist** is a strategic role responsible for driving the growth and visibility of our brand awareness through integrated, data-driven marketing initiatives. This individual collaborates cross-functionally to implement a cohesive national brand strategy and manages external agency relationships to ensure the high-level execution of all advertising campaigns. A critical component of this role involves spearheading business to business communications, providing our Agents and Brokers with the marketing support and strategic messaging necessary to drive mutual success.The Senior Marketing Specialist supports our social media strategy, public relations strategy, business continuity, thought leadership opportunities, and implementation initiatives.**Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Manage social media accounts, create high-quality content, maintain content calendars, and ensure brand consistency.* Support the coordination of our national brand awareness campaign activities to ensure ROI.* Coordinate the receipt of creative materials and deliverables from Agencies and/or Advertisers to ensure deadlines are met for fulfillment of marketing campaigns.* Track campaign data, maintain promotional materials inventory, maintain prospect databases, and prepare reports.* Develop and write consistent brand communication content to be leveraged for marketing campaigns including but not limited to:
+ Marketing collateral including literature, case success stories, and other sales support materials.
+ Advertising and direct mail campaigns.
+ Email campaigns such as Agent/Broker touchpoint campaign, risk management policyholder communications, and other department service needs.
+ Agent/Broker quarterly newsletter.
+ Website copy and Agent and Customer portal content.
+ Support the development of product and service training materials for the Business Development team and Agent/Broker distribution partners.* Partner with team to ensure alignment between campaigns and messaging, personas, and product strategy.* Support planning and organizing promotional presentations and update project management calendars.* Research competitive products by identifying and evaluating product characteristics, market share, pricing, and advertising; maintaining research databases.* Monitor budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.* Perform overall copywriting duties for the department, including writing for email, print, and internal audiences.* Provide tradeshow marketing support as needed.**Education, Experience, Competencies & Values*** Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field preferred.* 5-7 years advertising campaign experience including digital, social media, email and paid search required.* Prior experience within the insurance industry preferred.* Proficiency with Google analytics, Excel, PowerPoint.* Experience with email marketing platforms, including Hubspot.* Ability to articulate a clear vision to internal stakeholders and craft persuasive messaging for a national audience. Strong project management and organizational skills.* Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and track projects with varying deadlines.* Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a high-volume environment in order to meet deadlines.* Advanced editorial skills with a meticulous eye for detail; capable of not only producing original content but also providing strategic creative direction and quality control for content produced by other sources*The base salary range is $83,500 - $113,000.
