
Piper Companies is seeking an
Event Marketing Specialist
to support a prominent organization in the technology sector for a
hybrid 12-month contract
based out of
San Jose, CA . The
Event Marketing Specialist
will play a key role in executing high‑impact internal and external events while advancing integrated marketing efforts that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.
Responsibilities
Plan and execute regional and global events, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and broader strategic objectives.
Develop multi‑channel marketing campaigns designed to expand event reach and reinforce talent engagement and brand initiatives.
Analyze target audience segments and customize outreach and messaging to maximize participation and event effectiveness.
Create detailed project plans, timelines, communication processes, and logistical documentation to support flawless delivery.
Collaborate with internal partners to establish goals, manage budgets, and provide reporting on event performance and marketing impact.
Qualifications
Proven experience coordinating multiple projects within event production, marketing, or brand‑centric settings.
Strong foundation in both digital and traditional marketing, including social media, email marketing, and CRM tools.
Demonstrated ability to support virtual and in‑person event programs from initial concept through final execution.
Proficiency in analyzing marketing metrics and leveraging insights to optimize campaign strategies.
Excellent communication and organizational capabilities, with the ability to thrive in diverse and fast‑moving team environments.
Compensation Salary Range: $55,000-$62,000/year (USD)
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, legally required sick leave, and 401(k).
