We’re in search of a dynamic marketing coordinator to support our senior staff in accomplishing our marketing objectives. An excellent fit for this position is a team player who is a dynamic thinker with creative ideas. This is a part-time role (about 10-20 hours per week). We do need someone who comes to the office in Brea, CA, at least 2 days per week.
Responsibilities
Help with mailing and gathering marketing materials
Helping with CRM
Setting up meetings
Help with social media
Come up with ideas for reels
Work directly with firm owners to make sure marketing goals are met
Qualifications
Understanding of CRM
Understanding of social media platforms
Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms
Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethic
Advanced knowledge of current market trends
Compensation $20 - $24 hourly
