The Role The Athlete Performance Lead Coach serves as the
Product Owner of our Athlete Performance program . This role is responsible for program design, coaching execution, and the overall athlete experience.
This is a leadership role focused on outcomes, not session volume.
What You’ll Own
Design and lead seasonal athlete performance programming
Align training with sport demands and competition phases
Deliver high‑level group training sessions
Track performance metrics and refine programming
Set and maintain coaching standards
Create a disciplined, motivating training environment
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in sports performance or strength & conditioning
Proven programming experience
Strong leadership presence and communication skills
CSCS or equivalent preferred
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
401(k) with employer match up to 4%
