Our group of caring associates create financial security by helping individuals and businesses make a new start when a loss occurs.**Job Description**The Auto-Owners Associates Credit Union (AOACU) serves the financial needs of associates and retirees of Auto-Owners Insurance Company.The AOACU Credit Union Support team is looking for a motivated, part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) to join their team. The MSR is responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our members, as well as:* Building trusting relationships with members and providing them with high quality and accurate member service* Efficiently processing daily work in a multi-tasking environment* Opening new accounts, servicing existing accounts and responding to member requests* Processing, preparing and closing installment loans* Providing in-person or by-telephone general and specific service-related information concerning credit union services* Assisting with other duties within the department as needed**Desired Skills & Experience*** High school diploma and /or 1 or more years of equivalent Bank/Credit Union work experience and knowledge of Bank/Credit Union products, services and processes* Ability to work quickly and independently with attention to detail and sensitivity to deadlines* Exhibit strong levels of organization and communication skills* Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms* Ability to use good problem resolution skills* Regular and predictable attendance**Benefits**Auto-Owners offers a wide range of career opportunities, and we are seeking talent that will help us continue our long tradition of success.
