Workspace Description Ralph Lauren maintains a balanced approach to work arrangements, emphasizing both flexibility through hybrid options and the importance of in‑person collaboration. North America corporate employees (excluding remote and regional roles) work from the office 2-3 days weekly. Some roles require a more frequent office presence. Pay Range & Benefits Pay Range:

$63,500 – $114,105 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview Coordinate, manage, and execute the activities of merchandising for Women’s Polo Accessories & Footwear. Assist senior leadership in developing, executing, and communicating a product strategy that meets or exceeds financial goals and global product strategy.

Develop and partner with the brand planning team on building seasonal global line plans.

Create super season category strategies inclusive of style and SKU plans, ensuring alignment to global brand strategy and LRP targets.

Partner with regional buying partners and trend‑driven market research to anticipate business needs and identify category opportunities.

Share and present back to design partners to influence seasonal development.

Prepare and present weekly analysis on sales trend, sell‑through, volume drivers and SKU productivity to influence business‑driving recommendations.

Attend weekly cross‑functional team meetings, driving product category and managing changes; attend design meetings and directly manage OK to BUY process.

Manage the creation and daily maintenance of data in GFE, ensuring accurate and timely data entry and system updates for all merchandising item definitions and line changes, keeping all cross‑functional teams aligned.

Communicate and distribute all critical merchandising information to key functional areas on a timely basis.

Present line assortment to direct cross‑functional partners at the time of adoption and line‑opening presentations.

Maintain knowledge of competition and trends, identifying new opportunities appropriate for the brand; prepare and present quarterly trend market research, shopping the competition regularly to understand trends and pricing.

Ensure adherence to product category calendar milestones, line development and update status, driving and optimizing weekly operations to calendar deadlines.

Ensure accurate sample management of product category; track samples and maintain sample accuracy.

Responsible for document creation and maintenance, ad‑hoc projects, line lists, adoption, line review, regional sample review and line opening materials.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Strong merchandising or buying experience in Women’s, Accessories and Footwear preferred.

Strong analytical and retail math skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented and accurate.

Creative problem‑solver with a solution‑driven approach; innate critical thinker.

Resourceful, efficient, and able to take initiative.

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and operate seamlessly during moments of ambiguity.

Priority and time management; ability to juggle multiple seasons and daily priorities.

Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office applications, Retail Math, Adobe XD, and systems knowledge (GFE+).
