Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (“Queen”), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally’s jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).
Role Assists with planning, implementing and executing regional marketing, public relations and advertising efforts for the region. Oversee the key advertising functions, including media placement and buys, collateral production and property wide signage for the Atlantic City region, as well as public relations efforts. Prioritizing good communication with your coworkers to help make everyone all one team.
Responsibilities
Designs and maintains monthly Hospitality Marketing calendars for all departments to include F&B, Spa, Nightlife, Entertainment
Advertising Management & Public Relations Specialists Day-to-day operations
Develops strategic and tactical marketing plans while working with other marketing areas, ensuring advertising fits targeted demographic, and is promoted through the appropriate marketing channels
Develops and executes creative and innovative advertising ideas that drive the business
Collaborate with marketing teams in the design and creation of marketing collateral
Reviews of all advertising publications and promotional material prepared by our advertising and direct marketing agencies and vendors
Interfaces with various advertising agencies
Coordinates with other regional marketing departments, Central and Corporate marketers
Supports all operating departments to ensure marketing needs are met in a timely manner
Maintain up to date knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations for implementation as appropriate
Structure objectives toward the attainment of established financial goals
Manage the operation of the Advertising efforts in accordance with departmental, company policy and the New Jersey casino regulations
Provide leadership, direction and support for all employees to achieve property, regional and corporate goals
Responsible for the planning, development and implementation changes or improvements in Advertising operations which foster maximum customer satisfaction and profitability in an environment reflective of a premier entertainment destination
Assists in monitoring and improving the alignment and communication of corporate vision, mission, goals, policies and procedures throughout the organization to maintain comfortable environment for guests and employees
Lead an organization with methods and actions that are ethical and in full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
Identify compliance risks and take actions necessary to eliminate or minimize risks.
Champion, within the organization, a commitment to honesty, integrity, and responsible corporate behavior.
Create a compliance culture within the organization and foster an environment where employees feel comfortable reporting potential violations or misconduct.
