Aery Aviation is seeking a Marketing Manager who blends strategic marketing leadership with hands-on creative execution. This role will own B2B-focused marketing initiatives supporting both commercial and government audiences, while also producing compelling content that differentiates Aery in a crowded aviation marketplace.

The ideal candidate is equal parts brand steward, storyteller, and growth partner - someone who can write strong copy, develop visuals and graphics, contribute to proposals, and translate complex aviation services into clear, persuasive narratives.

What You Will Be Doing Marketing Leadership & Brand Management

Own and execute all marketing initiatives across Aery Aviation’s business lines

Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging framework

Ensure alignment between marketing, sales, operations, and executive leadership

Serve as internal subject-matter expert on brand standards and positioning

Content, Copywriting & Visual Storytelling

Write and edit high-quality marketing copy for:

Proposals (commercial and government)

Sales collateral and presentations

Website and digital campaigns

Internal and external communications

Develop or oversee creation of:

Graphics, visuals, and infographics

Photography and video storytelling

Branded templates, brochures, and pitch decks

Translate technical aviation services into compelling, customer-focused narratives

Own Aery’s website content strategy, updates, and SEO fundamentals

Plan and execute B2B digital campaigns (email, LinkedIn, website, targeted outreach)

Manage social media presence with a focus on credibility, capability, and brand trust

Support proposal graphics and messaging for capture teams

Strategic Growth & Business Development Support

Partner with sales, charter, MRO, engineering, flight and aircraft management leaders to:

Enable account-based marketing initiatives

Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging

Develop go-to-market narratives for new services, locations, or capabilities

Support government and commercial pursuits with compliant, compelling materials

You Must Have

Minimum 5 years in a Marketing Manager or equivalent role

10+ years’ total professional experience in marketing, communications, or branding

Proven ability to: Write compelling copy; Develop or guide visual design; and Manage multi-channel B2B marketing efforts

Experience supporting sales teams and proposal development

Strong organizational and project management skills

Strong experience managing multi-channel marketing (web, social, email, print, events).

Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, email platforms, basic SEO tools).

Nice-To-Haves

Experience in aviation, aerospace, government contracting, or complex B2B services (not required)

Working knowledge of design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools

Experience marketing to both commercial and government audiences

Annual Training Requirements (Subject to Change):

New hire training on all Aery systems, software and polices/procedures

Aery Part 145/135 operational training

CRM, contract, and financial modeling tools
