Marketplace Sales Manager for a fast-growing contemporary brand.
This role owns the full marketplace lifecycle, from strategy and listing optimization to advertising, inventory alignment, and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITY
Develop and execute marketplace growth strategies to meet revenue and margin targets
Identify expansion opportunities across new marketplaces and global regions
Monitor competitive landscape, pricing trends, and category performance
Oversee day-to-day management of seller accounts across platforms such as Amazon
Maintain compliance with marketplace policies and performance metrics
Collaborate with platform representatives to improve visibility and growth
Optimize product titles, bullet points, backend keywords, and images for marketplace SEO
Manage enhanced brand content and ensure catalog accuracy
Improve conversion rates through A/B testing and data insights
Plan and manage PPC campaigns including Sponsored Products and display ads
Track ROI, ACoS, and conversion metrics
Coordinate seasonal promotions, discounts, and sales events
Track KPIs such as traffic, buy box %, revenue, conversion rate, and margin
Build forecasts and performance dashboards
Use data insights to inform pricing, promotions, and inventory strategy
Partner with supply chain teams to avoid stockouts and excess inventory
Manage fulfillment models (FBA, FBM, 3PL)
Ensure seamless order processing and strong customer experience
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
3+ years managing Amazon Marketplace store front for a apparel or accessories brand
Proven success driving eCommerce revenue growth
Strong analytical skills with marketplace reporting tools
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
