A growing marketing company is seeking a Marketing Administrator to support daily marketing activities while managing essential administrative and communication responsibilities. This role plays a key part in keeping client workflows organized and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

Post and schedule marketing content across designated platforms.

Manage client email communications and general inbox organization.

Support onboarding of new clients, including collecting intake materials and setting up internal systems.

Provide ongoing administrative support to the marketing team.

Coordinate internal and external communications to ensure projects stay on track.

Maintain accurate records, documentation, and client information.

Qualifications

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

Proactive, reliable, and strong with follow-through.

Comfortable supporting both marketing execution and administrative needs.

Salary:

$25 - 30/hour
