JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and edit branded marketing materials using Canva and Adobe InDesign to support commercial and activation team initiatives.
Ensure visual and messaging consistency across all digital and branded assets.
Monitor and audit Amazon Brand Registry listings for brand compliance and accuracy.
Identify unauthorized resellers and potential policy violations.
Open, track, and manage cases within Amazon Brand Registry to resolve compliance issues.
Support ongoing content updates, digital initiatives, and brand activation projects as needed.
Collaborate with internal marketing stakeholders to maintain brand integrity across platforms.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe InDesign (required)
Strong attention to detail with a focus on brand consistency
Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Brand Registry (preferred)
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively within a part-time schedule
Highly organized, self-motivated, and dependable
Comfortable navigating digital platforms and clearly reporting issues
Passion for brand integrity and visual excellence
