We are seeking a creative and detail‑driven signage design and wayfinding expert to join our turn‑key sign manufacturing team. This role blends design thinking with real‑world production knowledge - transforming branded environments into tangible, buildable signage solutions. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include driving designs from concept through to production, working collaboratively with cross‑functional partners, and with clients to deliver their signage needs. From concept through fabrication, you will design impactful environmental graphics, wayfinding systems, dimensional signage, and architectural branding elements that elevate client spaces. Key Responsibilities Design & Creative Development
Develop environmental graphic concepts for interior and exterior spaces
Design branded environments, wayfinding systems, donor walls, monument signs, and architectural signage packages
Create presentation‑ready renderings and mockups for client approval
Ensure brand integrity across all environmental applications
Technical Execution
Prepare production‑ready artwork and files for fabrication
Create scaled drawings and detailed layouts for permitting and engineering
Work within material constraints, fabrication methods, and installation requirements
Understand ADA compliance and wayfinding best practices
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner with Project Managers, Estimators, Engineers, and Production teams
Review shop drawings for accuracy and design intent
Attend internal project kickoff meetings
Participate in client design presentations when needed
Quality & Process
Ensure accuracy of dimensions, materials, and finishes before release to production
Maintain organized file systems and version control
Support continuous improvement in design workflows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field 3+ years' experience in environmental graphics, signage design, experiential design, or architectural branding
Advanced proficiency in:
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
Strong understanding of large‑format print production and fabrication processes
Ability to interpret architectural drawings and site plans
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sign manufacturing or architectural signage
Familiarity with ADA guidelines and code requirements
Experience creating scaled drawings
Knowledge of materials such as acrylic, aluminum, vinyl, LED illumination, and dimensional letters
