Ensure adherence to regulatory and life-safety standards in all interactions. Monitor multiple screens and alerts from a desk-based workstation to maintain operational control. Adapt to a fast-paced environment with varying levels of responsibility and workload. Requirements - Experience in a call center or customer service role is essential. Proficiency in order entry and handling inbound and outbound calls. Strong ability to answer and manage inbound calls efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to remain calm and focused during high-pressure situations. Familiarity with dispatch processes and signal monitoring is preferred.
