Junior Digital Press Operator (Entry-Level)
Position Summary: Are you good with your hands and looking to start a career in technical production? We are seeking a Junior Digital Press Operator to join our team. We will provide the training; you provide the reliability and attention to detail. What You'll Learn & Do: Machine Operation: Learn how to set up and run professional digital printing presses (1 year machine operation experience). Quality Control: Develop an eye for detail by inspecting prints for color accuracy and errors. Maintenance: Learn how to clean and maintain high-tech equipment to keep it running smoothly. Job Management: Read and follow job orders to ensure customers get exactly what they asked for. Teamwork: Work alongside experienced operators to meet daily production goals. What We Are Looking For: Mechanical Interest: You enjoy figuring out how things work or fixing things. (1 year+ experience with tools, hobbyist mechanics, or basic machinery) Strong Work Ethic: You show up on time, stay focused, and are ready to work. Spanish bilingual is a plus! Good Communication: You can follow instructions clearly and ask questions when you're unsure. Safety Mindset: You take safety seriously and follow all workplace rules. Shift Hours: Monday through Friday 7 am
3:30 pm Pay: $18-19/hr. depending on experience Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Must have the ability to pass a drug test. Ability to stand for your shift and lift up to 20+ lbs.
