Bilingual Call Center Representative

Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking Bilingual Call Center Representatives to work from home for a premier client in Indianapolis. You must live within 1 hour of Indianapolis, be fluent in French, and have 1 year of call center experience. The pay rate is $19/hr. The work schedule is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. A typical day in the life of a Call Center Representative includes: Answering inbound calls Acting as first point-of-contact for caller Entering client/patient information into website Retrieving information relating to client/patient Establishing a professional relationship while understanding client/patient needs This job might be an outstanding fit if you are/can/have: Computer literate, navigate between programs, working knowledge of Microsoft Office Call center or customer service experience Great interpersonal skills High school diploma or equivalent Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
