Customer Service / Sales Support / Order Entry Opening in Amherst, OH 100% on site Duration: contract 6+ months Pay rate: $18-20/hr. Start Date

ASAP Dress attire: business casual (nice jeans ok) Hours: 8am-5pm with 1 hour lunch (can do 8a-4:30p with 30 min lunch or 8:30a-5p with 30 min lunch if preferred.) Temporary role for a leave fill in until at least the end of August, but potentially through October Responsibilities: Complete requests received via phone or electronically from internal and external customers. Accurately create and manage standard quotations, sales orders, returns, and other transactions in SAP in a timely manner according to established goals of the Customer Service Manager. Answer inquiries regarding order status, order expedites, inventory availability, delivery status, and pricing. Troubleshoot and help resolve customer complaints. Follow correct process to communicate with other Nordson teams to solve problems and get the information needed for an inquiry. Ability to learn and use Nordson case management technology to retrieve and update status of each task assignment. Conduct themselves in a way that fosters a positive, supportive, and professional work environment. Identify opportunities to enhance and improve their daily tasks. Base performance standards against established metrics to drive performance improvements. Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. One to two + years of similar CSR experience Experience with quotes, and sales orders Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/call center or office environment (A/R, collections, customer service with phone/email communications) Experience with SAP ECC or similar ERP systems experience Previous case management system experience preferred. MUST have computer knowledge and d/e skills, good communications skills. Collaborator Detail Oriented Self-motivated Computer literate SAP or similar ERP system knowledge Able to work under pressure. Maintain a high degree of professionalism when dealing with customers and associates. Relevant experience in a customer service-related environment or a business environment is highly desired.
