Asset Management Business Analyst - Prism Historical Backfill Gap Analysis

Support Prism Historical Backfill Gap Analysis initiative. Historical data exists in client's current accounting systems and is sent to front office trading and portfolio management teams, stored in a legacy database. The legacy database is scheduled to be retired, and front office teams will receive data from the new strategic data warehouse ("SBS").
Responsibilities Analyze data stored in the legacy database and compare it to strategic systems of record Identify and document gaps between:
Historical data in legacy DB Strategic data model Data available in legacy accounting systems
Triage gaps and work with front office to understand criticality Provide solutions for gaps using data generated by the strategic operating model
Required Skills
Strong Business Analyst skills Experience with data analysis and data lineage Familiarity with asset management / investment data sets (positions, transactions, associated attributes) Ability to present well to client Self-starter, individually motivated, quick learner
