Job Title: Customer Service Location: Byfield, MA Duration: 6 months+ Job description: Receive and place telephone calls. Perform data entry and use software programs. Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Must document all calls and evaluate each account to determine if further research is necessary. Responsible for providing world-class service to our customers in an accurate, efficient, and professional manner. Required to meet productivity standards as set forth by the management team; and identify and report trends in call drivers to management. Requires close attention to accuracy, performs independently, subject to practices and procedures. Qualifications
Minimum requirements High School diploma or GED, previous data entry experience. Flexibility to adapt to changing environment necessary. Good organizational ability and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette skills and ability to interact professionally with others. Must maintain confidentiality on all patient health information. Must be able to interrupt and execute all policies and procedures. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within pharmacy guidelines helpful. Good typing skills and computer knowledge (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint). Looking for quality, reliable candidates that will arrive to interviews and have no attendance issues. MUST be able to work the Floating Schedule, so candidates should realize and be told they will have to work a week of 12:30p-9p each month (no exceptions will be made) In a one month period, they will work 2 weeks 9-5:30, 1 week 10:30-6, and 1 week 12:30-9. They will work one Saturday a month 10-6:30 with a weekday off.
