Scot Forge is an employee-owned company that manufactures custom open die and rolled ring forgings used in demanding applications all over the world. We have locations in Spring Grove, IL, Clinton, WI, and Franklin Park, IL. We perform a hair follicle drug screen, lift test up to 65 lbs, and background check. Essential functions include operating heavy industrial equipment (saws, CNCs, furnaces, presses), operating overhead cranes, driving forklifts, and actively participating in safe work practices. Qualifications include minimal skills such as strong math and computer skills, mechanical aptitude, hand tools, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred skills include the use of micrometer, caliper, and tape measure, machine set up and operation, blueprint reading, forklift operation, crane rigging and operation, and prior manufacturing experience.
