NOW Hiring! Customer Service Representative
Pay rate: $18 - $20 / Hour
Schedule M-F 9:00am - 6:30pm
Location: Hollywood, CA
Customer Service Representative Job Summary:
Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems and placing orders for products for our customers.

Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information into our customer database. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Files daily reports to management. Monitors all of our customer service channels - phone, email, social media, etc. and responds in a way appropriate to the channel. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Required Skills & Abilities:
Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking, excellent time management and organized. Software knowledge: MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) Our ideal candidate should enjoy working in the beauty industry and working with our customers on a daily basis. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
