ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Salesforce LWC Developer with strong Sales Cloud experience to join a client-facing delivery team in a hands-on development role. This is an on-site engagement requiring presence at the client's office 2-3 days per week in Atlanta.
The right candidate brings solid Lightning Web Components expertise, a track record of delivering custom Salesforce solutions, and the ability to work effectively within enterprise project teams.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Salesforce Development
Build and maintain custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) aligned with business requirements and UX standards Develop and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud functionality through configuration, custom code, and automation Write clean, well-documented Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business logic Implement Flows, validation rules, and declarative automation where appropriate Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards across the team Technical Delivery
Translate functional and technical requirements into working Salesforce solutions Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across development, staging, and production environments Support deployment activities and contribute to release management processes Integration & Data
Work with REST/SOAP APIs to support integration touchpoints with external systems Assist with data migration tasks and data quality validation as needed Follow security best practices including field-level security, sharing rules, and platform standards WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must-Have
6+ years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Salesforce development 2+ years of hands-on experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) with demonstrable deliverables Solid experience working with Salesforce Sales Cloud Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Flows, and the Salesforce declarative toolset Must be located in Atlanta - on-site presence required 2-3 days per week (this is non-negotiable; remote candidates will not be considered) U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only Technical Depth
Lightning Web Components (LWC) - component architecture, lifecycle hooks, wire service, and event handling Apex - classes, triggers, batch and scheduled jobs, governor limits Sales Cloud - opportunity management, lead/contact models, forecasting, and related automation REST/SOAP API integration patterns Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD practices (e.g. Copado, Gearset, SF CLI) NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification Experience working within consulting or client-facing delivery environments Familiarity with Agile development methodologies WHAT SETS YOU APART
