We are seeking a self-motivated, growth-oriented Property and Casualty Agent to join our dynamic team at Brightway Insurance in Houston, TX. Key Responsibilities
Generate quotes, prepare invoices, and handle basic policy administration
Actively grow your own referral pipeline
Cross-sell new business, upsell endorsements, and gather referrals
Maintain consistent inbound business flow from referral sources
Occasionally assist underwriting tasks, scheduling inspections, minimal risk-taking tasks
Support renewals and assist in account maintenance
Qualifications & Requirements
Sales mindset with motivation to learn in a commission-oriented role
Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter, comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and tracking KPIs
