About the Role Lead the brand, marketing, communications and growth of a purpose‑driven organisation. You will guide strategy, shape reputation, drive demand, influence organisation‑wide strategy and lead with purpose to help Lutheran Services stand out and be in demand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead brand, marketing, sales, communications, stakeholder engagement and fundraising strategy
Drive demand and growth through strategic marketing and business development
Shape organisational reputation through proactive media and issues management
Build influence across government, industry, community and internal audiences
Lead communications that support operational outcomes and enable organisational change
Champion an exceptional customer experience that sets us apart
Oversee fundraising and partnerships to diversify revenue streams
Lead and inspire a high‑performing multidisciplinary team
About You You’re a strategic, creative and commercially savvy leader who knows how to build brands people trust, communicate with impact and deliver marketing that drives demand.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Senior leadership experience in customer, marketing or communications
Experience delivering brand, marketing and communications strategies
Proven expertise in reputation and issues management
Exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
Strong leadership capability across multidisciplinary teams
Strategic thinking, analytical strength and commercial acumen
Bonus:
Experience in human services, aged care or community services
