We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to join a leading social media and technology company in a hybrid role based in Santa Monica, CA. This is a contract opportunity.
In this role, you’ll support the Sales / Advertising Solutions team, helping to manage and grow impactful digital advertising campaigns. You’ll work in a fast-paced, innovative environment with one of the most influential brands in digital media.
Senior Account Manager Responsibilities
Dive deep into campaign performance data to guide KPI-driven measurement strategies.
Identify performance trends and optimize campaigns to achieve client goals.
Provide strategic recommendations for upsell and pitch opportunities.
Lead complex project work streams and partner with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Sales, Creative Strategists, and Marketing Science teams during the RFP/pitch process.
Develop innovative, insight-driven digital campaigns that drive measurable ROI.
Create collateral for product updates, client education, and best-practice guidance.
Develop best-in-class case studies to advance test-and-learn initiatives.
Senior Account Manager Qualifications
Advanced skills in Excel, Keynote, and PowerPoint; strong analytical capabilities.
Highly data-driven with expert understanding of advertising performance metrics.
Proven ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams at all levels.
Deep understanding of media management within biddable auction environments.
Experience educating advertisers and agencies on digital advertising best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
Background in digital media with a focus on performance and brand marketing, ad‑tech, or programmatic advertising.
5+ years of client-facing experience developing strategies, analyzing data, and driving campaign performance.
Hands‑on-keyboard experience with Snapchat Ads Manager or similar social/programmatic platforms.
3+ years of full-funnel campaign activation experience (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) with pixel familiarity.
