What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligned with company policies and ethics
Maintain current product knowledge and certifications for the employer's portfolio
Conduct compliant product sales discussions with healthcare providers to meet customer needs
Provide management with updates on customer needs and marketplace dynamics
Monitor business performance against objectives using company tools to support planning and sales impact
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or High School diploma with relevant work experience (0-3 years for S1 Level; 3+ years for S2 Level)
Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategic sales plans
Comfortable using digital tools to engage with healthcare professionals
Proven track record of success in educational and professional environments
Valid driver's license and ability to build and maintain customer relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Background in sales, account management, or customer service
Experience analyzing metrics to evaluate progress toward goals
Cardiovascular sales experience with established relationships with cardiologists and endocrinologists
Proficient in using advanced analytics to drive sales
