Hotel Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client information
Support event planning and coordination for group bookings and corporate events
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management
Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in hotel sales, hospitality, or a related field preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or sales is a plus
