Job Summary: The Sales Associate is responsible for converting inbound leads and outbound prospects into paying clients for I.E. Health’s training and coaching services. This role is client-facing and relationship-driven, focused on understanding client needs and matching them with the appropriate training solution.
This individual represents the I.E. Health brand and plays a key role in revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound leads (website, social, referrals, campaigns)
Conduct initial consultations (phone, video, or in-person)
Educate prospects on I.E. Health services and offerings
Close sales for:
In-person training
Online coaching
Programs and challenges
Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups
Hit weekly and monthly outreach and conversion targets
Collaborate with coaches to ensure smooth client onboarding
Uphold brand standards and customer experience expectations
Required Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfort discussing health, fitness, and lifestyle goals
Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
Self-motivated and results-driven
Ability to follow scripts while personalizing conversations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fitness, wellness, or coaching environments
Familiarity with CRM systems – GoHighLevel/Twilio
Understanding of Trainerize or similar platforms (a plus)
Commission Structure
5–10% commission on closed sales
Commission paid on:
First month of training
Program sales
Example:
$300/month client → $15–$30 commission
$1,000 package → $50–$100 commission
