What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Salesforce Systems and RevOps to define and document business requirements and uphold strong data hygiene standards
Partner with Renewal Sales to optimize system workflows and ensure processes scale efficiently
Work cross-functionally to improve Renewals outcomes through process redesign and systems-driven initiatives
Develop and monitor key operational metrics to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the Renewals workflow
Own and govern Renewals-related Sales Policies, ensuring clarity and compliance globally
What is Required (Qualifications):
3+ years of experience in an operational, analytical, or strategic role supporting a sales organization
Strong organizational skills and business judgment with a track record of contributing to complex projects
Previous experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk, and JIRA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
Strong judgment and decision-making skills with the ability to operate proactively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience partnering with senior and executive leadership
Familiarity with data analysis and operational metrics
