As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will work directly with riders to help them choose the right bike, configuration, and setup for their goals. This is a consultative sales role focused on building trust, guiding customers through decisions, and ensuring every rider has an exceptional experience from first conversation through delivery.
You will work closely with the Ari team and customers in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where product knowledge, communication, and genuine enthusiasm for riding matter.
Responsibilities
Guide customers through the bike selection and purchasing process
Communicate Ari product features, benefits, and fit recommendations
Help riders achieve their riding goals through thoughtful consultation
Establish clear expectations and follow through on commitments
Deliver exceptional customer experiences across phone, email, and in-person interactions
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience
Represent the Ari brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Qualifications
Strong interest in and knowledge of bicycles and cycling culture
Passion for helping people and creating positive experiences
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and improve
Ability to listen, problem-solve, and guide customers confidently
