Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City for a Digital Marketing Coordinator. The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across social, programmatic, and search channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is highly organized, data-driven, and excited to work across multiple platforms while learning how performance marketing decisions are made. This position will work closely with the Director of Paid Media to ensure campaigns launch accurately, run efficiently, and continuously improve.

Job Duties Paid Social

Assist with campaign setup in platforms such asMeta,TikTok,Snapchat,Reddit, andLinkedIn

QA tracking, naming conventions, budgets, and targeting

Monitor performance daily and flag pacing or delivery issues

Pull reporting and help identify optimization opportunities (creative swaps, audience shifts, bid changes)

Support reporting and data analysis for campaigns running via DSP partners

Assist in monitoring KPIs such as CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS

Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and efficiency

Help maintain organized documentation of campaign structures and updates

PPC / Search

Monitor paid search performance across Google Ads

Review search term reports and assist with keyword expansion and negatives

Ensure campaigns align with strategy, budgets, and conversion goals

Reporting & Operations

Build recurring reports in Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint and Tapclicks

Assist with bi-weekly and monthly performance recaps

Maintain trafficking sheets and internal documentation

Qualifications

1–3 years’ experience in digital media, marketing, or advertising along with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Familiarity with paid media platforms (social, programmatic, or search)

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions

Advanced organization skills and attention to detail

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

Proficiency in Social Media Marketing with experience in managing campaigns, content creation, and audience engagement

Basic Knowledge of GA4 and setup

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Up-to-date knowledge of digital trends and emerging marketing strategies

Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
